Terms & Conditions

1. Services offered: Verbaly offers American-led English communication coaching across three programs: the Children's Communication Program (Ages 7–12), the Student Communication & Future Skills Program (Ages 13–18), and the Interview Preparation & Real-World Readiness Program (Any Age) — each available as a 2-week trial in Group, Small Group, or One-on-One format.

2. Enrollment: Enrollment is confirmed once the application form is submitted and payment is received. Final class timing is confirmed based on instructor and student availability.

3. Payment: Payment is due at the time of enrollment unless otherwise agreed with a Verbaly coordinator. Prices are listed in PKR and are subject to change for future enrollments (not retroactively for already-confirmed students).

4. Conduct: Verbaly reserves the right to remove a student from a program in cases of repeated disruptive behavior, with a prorated refund for remaining sessions.

5. Changes to these terms: Verbaly may update these terms from time to time; continued enrollment constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
