Refund & Cancellation Policy

Verbaly provides communication coaching services delivered as live, scheduled sessions (not physical goods), so this policy covers cancellations and refunds for enrollment in our 2-week trial programs.

Before the program starts: If you cancel your enrollment before your first scheduled session, you are eligible for a full refund.

After the program starts: If you cancel after attending one or more sessions, a prorated refund may be issued for unused sessions, at Verbaly's discretion, minus any administrative costs already incurred.

Rescheduling: If a scheduled session cannot be held due to instructor availability, Verbaly will offer a makeup session at no additional cost — this is not treated as a cancellation.

How to request a refund: Contact us via WhatsApp (+92 336 2909222) or email (verbaly1@gmail.com) with your name and enrollment details. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
